Remote Learning Resources

Having trouble with remote learning? Here are some top tips and resources. If you are still unable to connect, please contact our front office snow or shine by calling 336-370-8225. 

1. The biggest barrier to connecting a school device for most students is the ZSCALER login process. ZSCALER is the app installed on a student's device that ensures the content they view is filtered even when off campus. Directions for how to use the ZSCALER app is linked below:

2. The next challenge families face is logging into GCS approved apps. Even if you do not have a QR code from your child's teacher, you can still log into their educational apps using their ID number and birthdate. If you don't have your child's ID number, please call the school or send a Dojo message to your child's teacher. GCS Family Tech Toolkit | This resource will allow families to access many resources that provide information about your child's school experience. Embedded in this toolkit you will find links to helpful step-by-step guides for many online applications used by GCS students.
